The first key
Noor opens a vault with a passkey, makes a key pair in her browser, and finds it on her laptop too. 9 panels.
built 9 panels · pki.agent, 20 October 2026. Every line a character says is the storyboard's, not a quote, and is marked not_a_quote; evidence panels quote this site's pages or the research note word for word, which the build checks.
Take it with you
The same storyboard in every shape it comes in. The data and its derived files are on this site; the pictures are drawn in your browser, now, by the same code as the deck (export.js, v0.1.0), from the current panel.
Put it on your page
Two lines, from any site. The script is pinned to an immutable release of the kit, so the embed draws exactly this, for as long as the page exists. How embedding works.
The panels
- 1. The first key: A passkey opens a vault, and the vault holds the keys. (cover; Keys for people)
- 2. No password. Noor says: “Just the passkey? Nothing to remember?” The Anchor says: “Your passkey gives the page 32 bytes. Nothing else.” (scene; vault/index.html: the vault bar)
- 3. Three vaults, one key each. (scene; account.js)
- 4. Two pairs, the same as sgit makes. Noor says: “The same keys as sgit pki?” The Anchor says: “Byte for byte. Tested both ways.” (scene; test_people.mjs)
- 5. The private halves stay in the master. Noor says: “And nobody else can open it?” (scene; account.js, saveIdentity)
- 6. Her record, signed. Noor says: “My name, my key, my website. Signed by me.” (scene; directory.js)
- 7. Her laptop, the same keys. Noor says: “My keys, here too.” (scene; test_people_vault.mjs)
- 8. A recovery code, shown once. Noor says: “Written down. On paper.” (scene; account.js, createAccount)
- 9. Nothing stored to be found. Nothing leaves but ciphertext.. (punchline; Keys for people)
